How do I personalize my order?
Leave your personalization details (names, dates, message, design style) in the "Order Notes" box at checkout. We'll engrave it exactly as requested.

Can I see a preview before engraving?

We begin production as soon as your order is placed, 
so we can ship as quickly as possible.

A digital preview is available upon request — 
simply add a note at checkout and we'll send one 
within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Please note that 
requesting a preview may extend your 
production time by 1–2 business days.

If no preview is requested, we'll engrave 
exactly as submitted and ship promptly.

How long does production take?
2–4 business days for engraving and quality inspection.

How long does shipping take?
United States: 12–18 business days
United Kingdom: 10–16 business days
Australia: 12–20 business days
All orders include tracking.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos at hello.twowoodco@gmail.com. We'll remake or refund immediately — no questions asked.

How do I care for my walnut board?
Hand wash only with mild soap. Dry immediately after washing. Apply food-safe mineral oil monthly. Keep away from dishwasher and direct heat.

Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely. Message us before ordering and we'll work with you on a custom layout.
