Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at hello.twowoodco@gmail.com.
We will either:
· Remake your item at no additional cost, or
· Issue a full refund
NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days in original condition.
