Hand wash only with mild soap and warm water. Dry immediately after washing. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher. Apply food-grade mineral oil regularly to help protect the walnut wood.
Just received the walnut cutting board I ordered for a wedding gift. The wood is absolutely gorgeous. The engraving is nice and deep and clear.
