PROCESSING TIME
All TwoWoodCo pieces are made to order with care.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
We begin production shortly after your order is placed. Please make sure all personalization details are correct before submitting your order, as we engrave exactly as provided.
WHERE WE SHIP
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
If you are located outside these regions, please contact us at hello@twowoodco.com before placing an order.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY BY REGION
United States: 5–8 business days
Canada: 5–7 business days
United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
Australia: 5–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
TRACKING
All orders include tracking information.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
SHIPPING FROM
Each piece is personalized in our small workshop and shipped internationally with full tracking via YunExpress or another trusted shipping carrier.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
TwoWoodCo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@twowoodco.com.
We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at hello@twowoodco.com.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
