What can I personalize?

Names, dates, family names, and meaningful wording can be entered in the existing fields on each product page. Keepsake boxes also offer an optional inside message. The available fields and layout depend on the piece you choose.

When should I order for the holidays?

Personalized pieces usually ship in 1–2 business days. Delivery time is separate and varies by destination. Allow extra time during the holiday season, and contact us before ordering if you have a particular arrival date in mind.

What is included with my gift?

Each listing explains what is included. The Large Memory Box Set includes 10 blank acid-free cardstock cards and 40 photo corners. The Anniversary Letter Archive includes 8 writing sheets and 4 envelopes. Photographs and handwritten sample wording are not included.

Can I change my engraving after ordering?

Please check all personalization carefully. If you need to request a change or cancellation, email hello@twowoodco.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have started and changes or cancellations are not accepted.

Will I pay import duties on delivery?

TwoWoodCo covers import duties for deliveries to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. If a carrier requests an import-duty payment, contact hello@twowoodco.com before paying. Any applicable taxes collected at checkout are shown separately.
