How do I personalize my order?

Can I see a preview before engraving?
We begin production as soon as your order is placed,
so we can ship as quickly as possible.
A digital preview is available upon request —
simply add a note at checkout and we'll send one
within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Please note that
requesting a preview may extend your
production time by 1–2 business days.
If no preview is requested, we'll engrave
exactly as submitted and ship promptly.
How long does production take?
1–2 business days for engraving and quality inspection.
How long does shipping take?
United States: 5–8 business days
Canada: 5–7 business days
UK: 3–5 business days
Australia: 5–8 business days
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at hello@twowoodco.com. We will either remake your item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
How do I care for my walnut board?
Hand wash only with mild soap. Dry immediately after washing. Apply food-safe mineral oil monthly. Keep away from dishwasher and direct heat.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely. Message us before ordering and we'll work with you on a custom layout.
