Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, 
we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on 
custom-engraved items.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or 
incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of 
delivery at hello@twowoodco.com with:
· Your order number
· A photo of the item and packaging

We will either remake your item at no additional 
cost, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Non-customized items may be returned within 14 
days of delivery in their original, unused condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility 
of the buyer.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of 
placement. Once engraving has begun, we are 
unable to cancel or modify the order.

INCORRECT PERSONALIZATION SUBMITTED BY BUYER
We engrave exactly as submitted. We are not 
responsible for spelling errors, incorrect dates, 
or other mistakes provided by the customer. 
Please double-check all personalization details 
before placing your order.
